5.0 out of 5 Stars. A magnificent sequel to "Mother Moon"

“Note: while it's not essential to have read book one to enjoy this story, I would recommend that you do. The author draws upon modern science, technology, and an entirely too plausible cataclysm to create the seed from which "The Dark Side of Mother Moon" springs.
“Unlike book one, book two focuses more on the interpersonal relationships, as the protagonists fight zealots, superstition, and the elements to draw the two story threads back into one. No spoilers, sorry. If you enjoy strong characters (both male and female), a world where you can feel the sand between your toes, and you'd like to recklessly careen along the edge of a crater on the moon, this book is for you.
“I look forward to book three.” - Mythspinner
5.0 out of 5 Stars. The Dark Side of Mother Moon by Bob Goddard
“How could the original Mother Moon not have a follow-up? Of course, it would! And the intrigue just got better. How would two worlds separated by time & distance take hands again?
“The dream of a future outside of planet earth just got real. The landscape & life on moon is painted vividly with a sci-fi dramatic twist intertwine throughout the story. “It’s a few years later but the memory of the first moon colony still dwindle in everybody’s minds. Life has moved on & from a small settlement; the moon has exploded into mega-cities with thousands of inhabitants. With it comes politics & different ‘moon’ views, causing the people to split into two opposing demographics.
Back on earth live has not completely faded away. The earthlings struggle through day-to-day life & make astonishing discoveries.
“Throughout the book, one wonders how these two separate dramas will link up, if ever possible. The deeper you read into the pages the more gripped you get with a possible resolution.
“If you gaze up at the heavens at night secretly hoping one day to venture into the unknown, you should read The Dark Side of Mother Moon. If not physically possible, at least Bob Goddard can take your imagination there.” - Skinny van Schalkwyk.
